Three Ways to Order and Pay:
1) On the Web site: I accept payment on-site two ways:

a) Credit Card - MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discovery cards all accepted.

b) PayPal payments

2) Send check by mail: Process the purchase through the shopping cart, but select the "Send check by mail" payment option. I will receive an email notice of the order, and I will hold the item(s) until I receive your check. Send the check to me at the above street mailing address. During January, receive a 10% discount when you pay by check.

3) Order by Phone with Credit Card: Phone me at 617-983-5075. Ask for Phil.

Shipping Rates and Information:

WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:

I package and ship orders within 48 hours of receiving payment. Orders within the United States are shipped via U.S. Postal Service - Priority Mail, with delivery within 2 - 3 days. For large or heavy boxes, I may choose to ship by Federal Express Ground service, which is more economical than the postal service for larger packages, but may take a two - four days longer for delivery, depending on whether you are East coast or West coast.

My shipping rates within the United States are based upon the total cost of your purchase. I ship all orders totalling $80 or more with insurance coverage.

For purchases totaling up to $24.99, the shipping cost is $4.95;
from $25 up to $34.99, shipping cost is $5.95;
from $35 up to $50.00, the shipping is $7.50;
from $50 up to $74.99, the shipping is $8.50;
from $75 up to $99.99, the shipping is $10;
from $100 up to $149.99, the shipping is $12;
from $150 up to $199.99, the shipping is $15;
from $200 up to $299.99, the shipping is $18;
from $300 and up, the shipping charge is $20;

Need Overnight Delivery? On most days, I can also provide overnight Express Mail delivery. This costs about $25 - 35 per package. Contact Phil via phone (617-983-5075) or e-mail to see if it is possible to arrange an overnight delivery.

TO DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE THE U.S.:

Orders to international destinations (including Canada) are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. I use their Priority Mail International or First Class International service, depending on the country and which option is cheaper. Delivery is generally 6 - 10 days. Shipping rates depend on the total cost of the purchase. (I do not use Federal Express for any international shipments, because their rates for shipping outside the U.S. are much higher than those of the postal service.)

For purchases totalling up to $49.99, the shipping charge is $12.00.
For purchases totalling from $50.00 up to $74.99, the charge is $22.00.
For purchases totalling from $75 up to $99.99, the charge is $28.00.
For purchases totalling from $100 up to $199.99, the charge is $35.00.
For purchases totalling $200 or more, the shipping charge is $45.00

NOTE: On wholesale orders, the shipping charge will be the exact amount it costs to send the box, regardless of cost of items.

My Returns Policy:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Viva Oaxaca, simply return it within 30 days of receipt. If I receive the item back in its original condition, I will promptly refund your initial purchase price and the initial shipping charge. If you do plan to return or exchange any item(s), please notify me in advance via e-mail, so I know the item is on its way back to me. I cannot pay for the cost of shipping the item back to me. Please wrap the item(s) in a sturdy box. If possible, use the same packing materials that the item was delivered with. Secure the box with strong tape. For added security, insure it for its value, if it is a fragile item.
