REGARDING PAYPAL: For purchases totalling $50 or more, buyers must have their shipping address included in their PayPal account registration.
2) Send check by mail: Process the purchase through the shopping cart, but select the "Send check by mail" payment option. I will receive an email notice of the order, and I will hold the item(s) until I receive your check. Send the check to me at the above street mailing address.
3) Order by Phone with Credit Card: Phone me at 617-983-5075. Ask for Phil.
Shipping Rates and Information:
WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:
I package and ship orders within 48 hours of receiving payment. I ship packages for destinations within the United States via U.S. Postal Service - Priority
Mail. Delivery is within 2 - 3 days. For large or heavy boxes, I may choose to ship by Federal Express Ground service, which is more economical than the postal service for larger packages. FedEx Gound may take 2 to 7 days for delivery, depending on whether you are on east coast or west coast.
My shipping rates:
Total purchase up to $30 -- $5.95 shipping charge
$30.01 up to $50.00. -- $7.50
$50.01 up to 75.00 -- $9.50
$75.01 up to 125.00 --$14.00
$125.01 up to $200.00 -- $18.00
$200.01 and up is $22.00
Need Overnight Delivery? On most days, I can also provide overnight Express Mail delivery. This costs about $25 - 35 per package. Contact Phil via phone (617-983-5075)
or e-mail to see if it is possible to arrange an overnight delivery.
TO DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE THE U.S.:
Orders to international destinations (including Canada) are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. I use their Priority
Mail International or First Class International service, depending on the country and which option is cheaper. Delivery is generally 6 - 10 days.The shopping cart will base your shipping rate upon the total cost of the purchases. HOWEVER, small or lightweight items, such as tin ornaments or chocolate can be sent in a small flat-rate box for about $14. If your purchases can fit inside a smaller box, and my shopping cart charges you $5.00 or more beyond what turns out to be the actual shipping cost, I will refund the difference to your credit card or PayPal account.
For purchases totalling up to $39.99, the shipping charge is $18.00.
For totals from $40.01 up to $60.00, the charge is $28.00.
For totals from $60.01 up to $100.00, the charge is $34.00.
For totals from $100.01 up to $200.00, the charge is $42.00.
For totals of $200.01 or more, the shipping charge is $50.00

My Returns Policy:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase from Viva Oaxaca, simply return it within 30 days
of receipt. If I receive the item back in its original condition, I will promptly refund your initial purchase price and
the initial shipping charge. If you do plan to return or exchange
any item(s), please notify me in advance via e-mail, so I
know the item is on its way back to me. I cannot pay for the cost of shipping the item back to me. Please wrap the item(s) in
a sturdy box. If possible, use the same packing materials
that the item was delivered with. Secure the box with strong
tape. For added security, insure it for its value, if it is a fragile item.
