Viva Oaxaca Folk Art is based in Boston, MA, owned by Phil Saviano -- importer, traveler, photographer, web designer. How to Contact Me:
If you have questions about my merchandise, an existing order, are having
trouble placing a new order, or have comments about my web site, let me know. I enjoy hearing from you! Here
are three ways to reach me:
2) Send check by mail: Process your order through the shopping cart, and be sure to select the "Send check by mail" for your payment option. I will hold your items for you until your check arrives.
3) Order by Phone with Credit Card: Phone me at 617-983-5075. Ask for Phil.
I ship within 48 hours of receiving your order, and I ship using the United States Postal Service. The shopping cart gives you real-time shipping quotes from the postal service, based on the shipping zip code and the total weight of your order. Packages over 13 ounces in weight are sent by Priority Mail, with 2 - 3 day delivery in the United States.
For lightweight packages, such as those containing tin or small carvings under 13 ounces in total, you can choose cheaper, slower First Class Mail for delivery. You can ship a handful of tin ornaments, or a light woodcarving, for as little as $3 using First Class Mail.
If your package is particularly large, I may opt to send it by Federal Express Ground service, which, for large boxes, offers better rates than the Postal Service.
International Shipping: I ship worldwide. The cart will give you various options and prices, depending on the weight of the box. If you are buying flat, tin ornaments, choose the "Priority Mail International Flat-Rate Envelope" for the best price, usually around $17.
Need Overnight Delivery? On most days, I can also provide overnight Express Mail delivery if you place the order by 2PM Eastern time. Please call me first to confirm that I am available that day. Dial 617-983-5075. Choose Express Mail from your shipping options pricing page.
